These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of MoonPaw Tarot.

By downloading, accessing, purchasing, or using MoonPaw Tarot, you agree to these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.

1. APPLE STANDARD END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

MoonPaw Tarot is licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.

These Terms supplement Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. If these Terms conflict with Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, Apple's agreement controls to the extent of that conflict.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use MoonPaw Tarot.

MoonPaw Tarot is not intended for children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the app only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. PURPOSE OF THE APP

MoonPaw Tarot provides tarot cards, spreads, interpretations, journaling tools, and AI-generated content for entertainment, reflection, creativity, and informational purposes only.

Tarot readings and AI-generated interpretations do not predict the future with certainty and should not be treated as factual statements, guarantees, instructions, or professional advice.

4. NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

MoonPaw Tarot does not provide medical, mental-health, psychological, legal, financial, relationship, employment, safety, emergency, or other professional advice.

Do not use MoonPaw Tarot as a substitute for advice, diagnosis, treatment, or services from a qualified professional.

Do not delay seeking professional assistance because of anything shown or generated by the app.

If you are experiencing an emergency or believe you or another person may be in danger, contact local emergency services or an appropriate qualified professional.

5. AI-GENERATED CONTENT

MoonPaw Tarot may use artificial intelligence to generate personalized tarot interpretations.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, unexpected, offensive, or unsuitable for your circumstances.

You are responsible for evaluating AI-generated content and deciding whether or how to use it.

You agree not to rely exclusively on an AI-generated reading when making important medical, legal, financial, safety, relationship, employment, or other significant life decisions.

MoonPaw Tarot does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, availability, or suitability of AI-generated content.

6. USER CONTENT

You may enter tarot questions, journal entries, notes, and other content into the app.

You retain ownership of the original content you create.

You grant MoonPaw Tarot and its service providers a limited right to process content you submit only as reasonably necessary to provide app functionality, generate requested AI interpretations, maintain security, prevent misuse, and comply with law.

You are responsible for the content you submit.

You agree not to submit content that:

• Violates applicable law
• Infringes another person's rights
• Contains another person's confidential information without permission
• Attempts to exploit, disrupt, reverse engineer, or compromise the app or its services
• Contains malicious code or abusive automated requests
• Is submitted for fraudulent, harmful, or unlawful purposes

7. SUBSCRIPTIONS

Certain features may require a paid auto-renewable subscription.

Available subscription plans, billing periods, prices, included features, usage limits, and introductory offers are displayed in the app before purchase.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account when the purchase is confirmed.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

Your Apple Account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account subscription settings.

Deleting MoonPaw Tarot does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

Any free trial or promotional period automatically converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before the applicable trial or promotional period ends, as disclosed on the purchase screen.

Prices and subscription terms may change as permitted by Apple and applicable law. Changes will apply according to the terms shown by Apple.

Purchase restoration is available for eligible purchases associated with your Apple Account.

Refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple's refund policies. MoonPaw Tarot does not independently process App Store refunds.

8. PREMIUM FEATURES AND USAGE LIMITS

Premium access applies only while the associated subscription or entitlement remains active.

Some premium features, including AI-generated interpretations, may be subject to reasonable monthly, daily, technical, or fair-use limits displayed within the app.

Usage limits may reset according to the period identified in the app.

Unused usage allowances do not carry forward unless expressly stated.

Attempting to evade limits, manipulate purchase status, automate excessive requests, or interfere with entitlement verification may result in restricted access.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

MoonPaw Tarot, including its card artwork, illustrations, visual design, branding, text, interface, software, animations, icons, original interpretations, and other original materials, is owned by Amber Westbrook or used under applicable licenses.

The app and its content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

Your license to use the app is personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable.

Except where permitted by law or Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, you may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the app or its content
• Extract or redistribute the tarot artwork or card assets
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive protected source code
• Remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices
• Use MoonPaw Tarot branding in a way that suggests sponsorship or endorsement

10. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

• Use the app for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes
• Interfere with the app, servers, security, subscriptions, or AI services
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, APIs, or data
• Circumvent premium restrictions or usage limits
• Use automated tools to generate excessive requests
• Introduce malware or harmful code
• Misrepresent AI-generated content as professional advice
• Violate another person's privacy, intellectual-property rights, or other legal rights

11. AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES

MoonPaw Tarot may add, remove, modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue features at any time.

AI services, subscription services, cloud infrastructure, and App Store services may occasionally be delayed, interrupted, unavailable, or changed by third-party providers.

MoonPaw Tarot does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

Updates may be required to continue using some features.

12. TERMINATION

You may stop using MoonPaw Tarot at any time.

Your right to use the app may be limited or terminated if you materially violate these Terms, misuse the service, compromise security, evade payment requirements, or engage in unlawful conduct.

Termination does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription. Subscriptions must be canceled through your Apple Account settings.

13. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MoonPaw Tarot is provided "as is" and "as available."

No warranty is made that the app, tarot readings, AI-generated content, subscription services, or other features will be accurate, complete, reliable, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Your use of the app is at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amber Westbrook and MoonPaw Tarot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the app.

This includes losses arising from reliance on tarot readings, AI-generated content, service interruptions, lost local data, purchase issues, or decisions made using app content.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

15. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

MoonPaw Tarot may rely on third-party services, including Apple, RevenueCat, Cloudflare, and OpenAI.

Those services are governed by their own terms and policies.

MoonPaw Tarot is not responsible for the independent operation, availability, content, or practices of third-party services.

16. PRIVACY

Your use of MoonPaw Tarot is also governed by the MoonPaw Tarot Privacy Policy.

17. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

These Terms may be updated when the app, subscriptions, service providers, features, or legal requirements change.

The effective date will be updated when changes are made.

Continued use of the app after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
